2 months in...quick review

green and gold - impressed with how evenly i put the teams together, came down to last relay.
rit- good swims, women won, men lost
oneonta - not our best meet, lost both...shouldn't have - we will learn a lot from that
clarkson- first home meet, great swims, both won
brockport - both won, swam well, making nice improvements

how the quiet days go by

Now that school is over, it is so peacefully quiet around here, not that I do not enjoy the "noise" during the school year.
I have had the opportunity to study...reading, videos, podcasts, conferences... trying to utilize all of the opportunities out there. I am going to have to work on my biggest problem of knowing where to draw the line and stop. The brain needs the opportunity to relax I guess.
Anyway, we are ever preparing for next season and are excited for the experiences to come.
