At times, it is hard to appreciate what is simple and right in front of you, when you spend all your time thinking about the complexities of where you've been and the unknown of where you will end up.

nooooo omg.. anywhere but oswego...i mean i love it and all.... but i think i might go crazy if we all have to train in the pool at the same time..... i mean thats a lot of up and downs... :p
