It is about that time of year again, school starts in just over a week. I know...hard to believe the summer is almost over. I hope everyone has had an enjoyable break, and will get the opportunity to take advantage of the remaining days!
For anyone interested, on September 20th, the 10kan run will be taking place in Oswego, the entry fee is 200 recyclable cans. I think this is something you should participate in if able - if only to give you a little motivation to work out and also help out the community.
We have a lot going on right out of the gate, so make sure you are informed. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!
